We are looking for self motivated and enthusiastic coaches
that have drive and commitment to succeed.
With full support from our team on how the business works,
with the aid of training guides, operating manuals, in-person and on the job training.
All to ensure you are guided through the processes easily and efficiently.
Ongoing support and mentoring ensure that you never feel isolated and will have someone
to lean on as you grow your business.

What training & support will I receive?
5 days of initial “running the business” training, covering:
How to run the business on a day-to-day basis
- Using our technology systems, software and accounting systems
- Understanding operational and financial procedures
- Setting up the gym
- The different types of memberships
- How to advertise and market the business, to set up an ongoing lead flow
- How to sell to potential customers
- How to onboard new members, and then keep them
- Creating monthly financial reports to monitor finances
- How to keep your customers satisfied and how to handle complaints
- How to become part of the local business community
- How to be a successful franchisee!
5 days of “on-the-job” training, covering:
- Inbody training (body composition machine)
- Onboarding new members
- How to deliver the programme of classes
- Injury procedures
- Exercise portal access
- Class set-up
- Technical setup for class delivery
First 100 days support programme
- Regular check-ins for 100 days
Technology:
- Creating a local page on the website and giving access to a branded email address and a maximum of three Google (Business Suite) accounts
- Access to Social Media channels and Google Places account
- Access to CANVA to create promotional material
- Access to QR codes and Bitly shortened links as and when required
- Access to ZOOM for online classes
